Had an amazing first experience today at Kings BBQ! We ordered the BBQ for 6 with hush puppies, fries, and baked beans, and of course an order of the peach cobbler. It was plenty for 6 people, and everything was absolutely delicious, hot, and fresh. I was able to order at the counter and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and the food was great - highly recommend the peach cobbler! We will definitely be back.

I’ve been here a couple times now, but today was the best experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The servers are brilliant, polite and patient. The cooks make everything to perfection. The owner? He’s a class act kind of guy! From helping out around the restaurant, to helping out the people in the community. We had to honor to watch him jump into action, and help a teenage girl get her car pushed safely into his parking lot. I can’t think of many other owners who would be willing to do something like that, and I feel like it shows just the type of man he is. So if you haven’t yet, give Kings a try. You won’t regret it.

Kings BBQ was a wonderful family experience! Clean, friendly, and yummy. The bbq, burgers, and chicken nuggets were perfect. The owner, Ben, came out and greeted us and made sure everything was good. Will definitely be an easy, routine go-to.

I will start off by saying I showed up to do a job for them that is the only reason I found this restaurant. But im glad I did! I bought 2 pork tenderloin biscuits and purchased the gravy they recommended and it was amazing. Plus they actually have table service here. Not many BBQ places still have that. Ben was extremely nice and I purchased my food with and tax it was less than $15 for 2 giant pork tenderloin biscuits. I highly recommend them and will return whenever im in the area!

The food is great, the people are wonderful, all around great experience. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. The wings are a must if you like wings. I’m also slightly addicted to their quesadillas. They recently started serving beer and they have NFL/ sports games on every weekend. The onion rings are also fantastic. My wife loves the tiny ice cubes in the drinks and wants to go just for those! We stop in around 1x a week to eat at King’s. They have all the classics you’d expect from a traditional NC bbq restaurant with some modern additions like the wings, ribs on the weekend and quesadillas. There’s something here for the whole family. My wife often gets a grilled cheese.
